Production Details:

High elasticity for optional adaptation to work part profile, oil and acid resistant foam flaps, for use with "J" abrasive belts. The configuration of the 10mm wide flaps ensure excellent cooling and utilization of the abrasive belt. The tyre adapts to any work piece without excessive pressure thus allowing for optimal results and contatct-wheel lifetime.

USAGE STEPS
STEP 1 CRACKS CHECK BEFORE INSTALLING OF SANDING WHEEL		Before installing rubber sanding wheel: 1,check if there are cracks on the metal core and the outer rubber  2, check if there are cracks between the metal core and the outer cladding.  Please stop using immediately if one ofabove two conditions happen!
STEP 2 RUBBER SANDING WHEEL ROTATION CHECK AFTER BELT INSTALLING		After installing belt, idling more than 10 seconds to check if the wheel is steady,  if not please find out the reason.  It is prohibited to use without the reason
STEP 3 NOTES BEFORE USE		During its working time, the plane of the rubber sanding wheel Plus or minus 30 degree angle.                                                 No standing within 20m.
STEP 3 SANDING NOTES		During sanding, maximum speed can not exceed 3000 RPM.
